The Ohio Laborers’ Fringe Benefit Programs (OLFBP) offer excellent benefits to eligible laborers throughout Ohio.

Eligibility:

Initial eligibility is established after working 450 hours within six months.
To maintain eligibility, you must meet one of the following monthly requirements:

  • 250 hours in the first 3 of the previous 4 months; or
  • 500 hours in the first 6 of the previous 7 months; or
  • 1000 hours in the first 12 of the previous 13 months; or

There is no cost to you to establish or maintain your eligibility as long as you meet these requirements. Contractors contribute a set amount for every hour you work, regardless of the number of dependents you have.
