About Laborers' Local 809
Laborers’ Local 809, based in Steubenville, Ohio, has been a cornerstone of the community since its establishment on April 10,1936. We represent skilled laborers in Jefferson, Columbiana, and Harrison counties in Ohio, as well as Brooke and Hancock counties in West Virginia. Our members are dedicated professionals, providing top-quality craftsmanship to signatory Building Trades and Heavy and Highway Contractors.
